Wonderfully knowledgeable and kind staff. Great recommendations coupled with delightful chatting! (Note: I had prior put a 1 star review when it was meant for a DIFFERENT store which is no longer in business. My sincere apologies to the staff, owner(s), and devoted customers for any hurt that caused. I sincerely hope that I may continue to be welcomed into your business)

Today was my first time shopping for a plant here in Reno and they delivered! I was in search of a small monstera deliciosa. The first place I visited didn’t have what I was looking for. I was recommended another plant shop - called first and they didn’t have what I was looking for. I called Urban Scout and they had exactly what I was looking for! Customer service was great! She was very kind and helpful by repotting my plant and giving me tips on how to care for my new baby. I would recommend this cute shop to anyone!

Fell in love with this amazing plant shop. The plants were all healthy and very reasonably priced. They had a wide variety of common and more rare plants and the most beautiful selection of pots and trinkets. Regret not getting the name of the purple-haired cutie that was working so I could mention her by name. She was incredibly knowledgeable and her customer service was out of this world. I will definitely be returning to this shop every chance I get!

I stopped by Urban Scout for the first time today and was very impressed! The store was beautiful, bright and clean with an inviting atmosphere. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and informative. I was blown away by the variety and health of the plants and prices were decent too. I will definitely be a returning customer!
